Eric brings something invaluable to the Keepbooked partnership: the perspective of an active, hands-on business owner. With 24 businesses under his belt including 21 franchise business locations, two health and wellness businesses, and Keepbooked itself, Eric has seen every version of what franchise success and struggle looks like. He has made a specialty of turning around underperforming locations, rebuilding them through consistent sales processes, customer care training, and strategic digital marketing.

That experience quietly shapes the way Keepbooked thinks about every client we serve. Eric understands the pressure franchise owners face because he has lived it across more locations than most people will ever open. And he's always willing to have a real conversation about what's not working, because he's probably already solved it somewhere else.

Outside of business, Eric's life revolves around his family and baseball. He and his wife Nicole are raising four kids, from toddlers to teens. Eric's go-to passion and stress relief is baseball, where he plays 50+ games a year in a wood bat league all over the country. He bleeds Chicago Cubs blue, is often the first to suggest a good time with friends, and is the kind of person who can go from a school event to the life of the party without missing a beat.
